Monday Properties Secures Long-Term Lease with Graham Holdings at Iconic 1812 North Moore in Arlington, VA

Diversified Education, Health and Media Holding Company to Occupy 24,000 SF Across Full Floor at Highly Amenitized Office Tower

Monday Properties, a dynamic real estate investment firm and industry-leading developer, today announced that Graham Holdings Company has secured a 15-year,full-floor office lease for 24,023 square feet at 1812 N. Moore Street in Rosslyn, Virginia.

 

Graham Holdings will relocate its headquarters to the entire 21st floor within the trophy tower. Smith Group is designing Graham Holdings’ new office space and HITT Contracting will oversee the buildout.

 

A diversified holding company, Graham Holdings’ operations include educational services, home health and hospice care, television broadcasting, online and print news, automotive dealerships, manufacturing, hospitality, and consumer internet companies.
